Words can not describe what a blessing it is that we found Kim as our realtor especially being first time homebuyers. She took the time to review everything thoroughly in terms we could understand. She prevented us from pursuing houses that were not a good fit to protect our interest and directed us to the ones that made sense for our family needs and budget. Then she went above and beyond to ensure our loan got approved at a great rate and by facilitating contractors to perform required work and even performed some of it with her own two hands without adding to our cost at all. I will forever be thankful for how dedicated, hardworking, and patient she was throughout the entire process. I have never met a more honest, generous, bull dog when needed, reliable, knowledgeable, absolute rock star of a realtor and person. Kimberley is a great person to work with. I contacted Kimberley to see if she can help me with finding a house and buying one in the process. I was able to confirm that Kimberley knows ASL (American Sign Language, a nice bonus!), which helps a lot with the process, especially with me being a first-time homebuyer. Kimberley is very thorough and transparent with things and will be more than happy to explain things more clearly if needed. Her services are impeccable. Kimberley is easily the greatest out there. Made our first time home buying experience as stress free as I think it really gets. Talk about someone who knows what they're doing and has a great personality to go with to not only make it a smooth process but also have a little fun at the same time. Kimberley was recommended by other friends and family that have used her in the past and they weren't kidding when they said she was AMAZING. Kimberley is simply the best! First, she knows what she is doing and had a ton of helpful insight for us throughout the process. She reached out to us immediately, got a feel for what we were looking for, and had us touring houses in record time. While touring, my partner and I were feeling out the vibes of the house, and she was busy looking at the craftmanship, fixtures, flooring materials, and anything else that might bite us down the line. She would point things out that we may not have thought of, and overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience touring the houses. Once we had picked out a house, she kept us on schedule and even helped navigate a holiday weekend within a shorter closing process. She answered all of our questions and coordinated everything with our lender to make sure the whole process went smoothly. Finally, her contacts within the industry have been so helpful. She is involved in the community and knows who will do good work, and who will overcharge you. When we needed a handyman for a small leak, she gave us three options and told us her experience with each of them including prices, quality of work, and their general attitude. We had a wonderful experience with Kimberley as our realtor! Her knowledge of the Castle Rock area was incredible, and it really felt like we were getting insider knowledge that was helpful as people who were moving there from out of town. She even pointed out the areas that were known to not have good cell signal strength to us, which is not something I would have thought to look at! We reached out to her online, and by the next day, we were already looking at houses. She took us on a tour of the city and surrounding area, and she showed us some really cool amenities and local spots. She listened to what we wanted and answered all our questions.
