Honestly one of the best experiences I have had with a realtor in a while. Moving is stressful for more than one reason and Kimberley alleviated much of that aspect. Helping with rent vs. own options, best location for our needs/preferences, even down to being responsive as all get out (which is vital when already stressed about a move). We got very sick half way through the process. Kimberley was amazing enough to pickup our escrow check, deliver it to the title company and left us some delicious stew she had made the day prior. Kim was recommended to us by a friend and she has been amazing. We were first-time home buyers and she walked us through every step of the process - she answered our million and one questions, took us to almost 20 houses, and made us feel like we were her top priority. Kim is knowledgeable, experienced, and confident. She was able to negotiate a seller’s concession that we absolutely didn’t think we would get.
